Minor league report: Sam Poulin scores lone goal for Penguins in loss to Americans

Forward Sam Poulin scored the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins’ lone goal in a 5-1 home loss to the Rochester Americans at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre on Wednesday.

Goaltender Filip Lindberg made 27 saves on 32 shots for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (5-5-0-1) which has lost four consecutive games.

Highlights:

The Penguins’ next game is a home contest against the Charlotte Checkers on Friday, 7:05 p.m.
