Steelers running back Najee Harris evaded Cleveland Browns cornerback M.J. Stewart with a vicious stiff-arm in Monday’s game at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh.

With most of the football world talking about Ben Roethlisberger’s Heinz Field farewell on Monday night, Najee Harris was racking up the yards.

And the anger.

Not that the Pittsburgh Steelers running back was irate. But his running style certainly was.

For the second time this season, Harris was awarded the week’s Angry Runs title on NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football.”

Kyle Brandt and the morning crew send out a scepter each week to whoever “has the angriest, most physically destructive run in the National Football League.”

For Week 17, Harris was awarded the title for his stiff-arm on Cleveland Browns safety M.J. Stewart Jr. on his way to a 30-yard dash up the sideline.

“The indignity,” Brandt said of the Browns’ players watching along the sideline. “Just scan the faces. There’s (Browns coach Kevin) Stefanski right there. Look at the body language.”

Brandt appreciated that Stewart acknowledged being owned by Harris’ stiff-arm, pointing out the safety’s tweet after the game.

“You play long enough, it happens,” Stewart tweeted.

Harris’ play wasn’t the only Angry Run nominee from Monday night. Browns running back Nick Chubb had one of his own — for his drop down of the Steelers’ Miles Killebrew.

However strong that was, the scepter has landed in the Steel City.

And not only was Harris’ run an angry one, it was record-breaking. On that play, Harris eclipsed Franco Harris’ rookie season tally of 1,055 yards. Harris ended up running for 188 yards on Monday, bringing his season total in 16 games to 1,172 yards on 296 carries.

Harris previously picked up an Angry Runs scepter in Week 2 for his stiff-arm on Las Vegas Raiders safety Jonathan Abraham.
