Two PGA Tour LatinoAmerica players and two from Western Pennsylvania claimed the four spots at the U.S. Open First Stage qualifier at The Club of Nevillewood on a damp and dreary Monday.

Raoul Menard, a native of Granby, Quebec City, Canada, shot a 5-under-par 67 to grab medalist honors. The 2015 graduate of North Carolina-Charlotte began his round with three consecutive birdies starting on the second hole. He had a bogey and two birdies on the back nine.

Avon Lake, Ohio, native Beau Titsworth, who also plays on the PGA Tour LatinoAmerica, tied for second place along with Laurel graduate Evan Long and Oakmont head professional Devin Gee at 2-under par.

Tanner Grzegorczyk earned the first alternate spot by shooting 1-under.

Titsworth is a graduate of St. Ignatius in Cleveland and a 2016 Oklahoma graduate.

Long is a 2017 graduate of Laurel near New Castle and is a sophomore at Minnesota. Gee has been the head pro at Oakmont since 2017. He started at Oakmont as an intern in 2006.
