One day at a time, NFL to re-air every Sunday of 2019 season

New York Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson pulls in a touchdown during a game against the Pittsburgh Steelers last season. All Sunday games will be available for viewing on the NFL’s RedZone channel over a 17-day span beginning Monday.

Questions persist about whether the 2020 NFL season will be played. And in lieu of a “virtual” season, how about re-living the most recent regular season, in real time?

The NFL, through its popular RedZone channel, is giving sports-starved fans that opportunity, over a 17-day span beginning Monday.

Starting then, each day will re-play the RedZone feed of the Sunday games for each week of the 2019 season — one each day.

'NFL RedZone' will replay every Sunday from the 2019 NFL Season in chronological order for 17 consecutive days beginning Monday, airing at 8a, 3p & 10p ET each day.

Each “week” will run three times daily — beginning at 8 a.m., 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.

RedZone bills itself as showing “every touchdown from every game on Sunday afternoons during the NFL season.” Coverage bounces from game to game, pending scoring circumstances or other dramatic game events.

The 17-day “season” ends April 22 — the day before the NFL draft.
