Penguins assign forwards Anthony Angello, Radim Zohorna to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton

The Penguins have assigned reserve forwards Anthony Angello and Radim Zohorna to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League.

Each transaction was made on Monday.

Both players have been healthy scratches in recent games.

Angello has appeared in four NHL games this season with no points and two penalty minutes. In 39 AHL games, he has 17 points (seven goals, 19 assists).

Zohorna has played in 17 NHL games during the 2021-22 season and scored scored six points (two goals, four assists). He has also played in 31 AHL games this season and scored 15 points (seven goals, eight assists).
