The Pittsburgh Penguins recalled forward Radim Zohorna from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League on Tuesday, one day after he was formally assigned to that club.

Zohorna was designated to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Monday in a transaction that was procedural as it kept him eligible for the AHL postseason.

In 12 NHL games this season, Zohorna has three points (one goal, two assists) while averaging 11 minutes, 10 seconds of ice time per contest. He has also appeared in 31 AHL games and has 15 points (seven goals, eight assists).

This marks the fifth time Zohorna has been recalled to the NHL roster this season.
