The Pittsburgh Penguins released their roster for Tuesday’s preseason game at PPG Paints Arena vs. the Buffalo Sabres.

It is the second of seven preseason contests the Penguins play before beginning the regular season Oct. 9 at home vs. the New York Rangers.

In Saturday’s preseason opener, the Penguins fell on the road to Buffalo, 7-3.

The Penguins plan to dress the following players:

Defensemen: Jack St. Ivany, Ryan Shea, Sebastian Aho, Ryan Graves, Owen Pickering, Harrison Brunicke, Filip Kral.

Forwards: Rutger McGroarty, Marc Johnstone, Kevin Hayes, Boko Imama, Joona Koppanen, Cody Glass, Sam Poulin, Jonathan Gruden, Blake Lizotte, Noel Acciari, Anthony Beauvillier, Tanner Howe, Avery Hayes.

Goaltenders: Joel Blomqvist, Alex Nedeljkovic.

Blomqvist started Saturday in Buffalo and was roughed up by an NHL-heavy roster, allowing six goals on 24 shots before being pulled early in the second period.
