For the second consecutive day, the Penguins signed an undrafted college free agent.

Former Western Michigan forward Ty Glover agreed to a three-year, entry-level contract Wednesday. The deal will begin with the 2022-23 season and carries a salary cap hit of $859,000.

Glover, 21, just finished his sophomore season at Western Michigan. In 39 games, he had 21 points (eight goals, 12 assists).

A native of Salford, England, who grew up in London, Ontario, Glover (6-foot-3, 200 pounds) will complete this season on an amateur tryout contract with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL.

On Monday, the Penguins signed former Michigan Tech defenseman Colin Swoyer to a one-year entry-level contract.
