Penguins to hold rookie camp in September

The Penguins will stage a rookie camp for the organization’s prospects Sept. 15-20 at the team’s facility in Cranberry.

A full roster has yet to be announced.

As part of the camp, the Penguins will play one game in the Buffalo Sabres’ prospect tournament against the Boston Bruins. The game will be at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 17 at the LECOM Harborcenter in Buffalo.

Additionally, the Penguins announced the first day of practices for their overall training camp will be Sept. 22. A full schedule will be announced later.
