Penn State added a big piece to its 2020 recruiting class Monday, getting a verbal commitment from four-star offensive line prospect Aaryn (A.J.) Parks.

Parks, who attends National Christian Academy in Fort Washington, Md., became the fifth offensive lineman to commit to the Nittany Lions and is the highest-ranked of any of them.

The 6-foot-5, 294-pound Parks held nearly 20 scholarship offers, including Pitt and West Virginia, plus Florida, Michigan, Oklahoma, Oregon and Virginia Tech.

Penn State now has 10 players committed to its Class of 2020.
