Penn State shut out North Dakota State and No. 9-ranked Stanford on Saturday at the 2025 Journeymen Collegiate Duals hosted by the Montgomery Bell Academy.

Penn State (6-0) beat the Bison, 46-0, and the Cardinal, 42-0. With the win over Stanford, the Nittany Lions clinched their 77th dual meet win in a row, breaking Oklahoma State’s Division I record that stood from 1937-51.

The Nittany Lions’ last loss came Jan. 31, 2020, a 19-17 loss on the road to Iowa. All eight ranked Penn State wrestlers went 2-0 on the day and unranked Josh Barr, a national finalist as a freshman last year who missed the first month of the season with an injury, won both matches at 197 pounds, including a win over No. 19 Angelo Posada of Stanford.

No. 2 Luke Lilledahl had the two closest matches in each dual at 125 pounds. He beat No. 31 Ezekial Witt of North Dakota State, 6-5, thanks to a 1:26 riding time advantage, and No. 12 Nicco Provo following a first-period takedown.
