INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 4-7) was swept in a doubleheader by Louisville (Reds). In the first game, a 5-1, Indy loss, RHP Mike Burrows (0-1, 3.48) started and gave up three runs on four hits and two walks in 4 ⅓ innings. He allowed two home runs. 1B Billy Cook (.111) went 1 for 2 with a double, two walks and a run scored. RF Nick Solak (.316) and C Abrahan Gutierrez (.444) each had two hits. 2B Nick Yorke (.250) went 0 for 4 with three strikeouts.

In the second game, a 7-2 Indy loss, RHP Peter Strzelecki (0-2, 30.00) started and was touched up for six runs on six hits and a walk in 1 ⅔ innings. RHP Drake Fellows (4.50) followed with 2 ⅓ scoreless innings of relief. RHP Tanner Rainey (0.00) also threw a scoreless frame. 3B Malcom Nunez (.258) went 2 for 3 with a double and his second homer, a two-run shot. DH Darick Hall (.200) went 2 for 3. 1B Matt Gorski (.257) went 0 for 3 with three strikeouts.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 3-5) lost 4-3 to Akron (Guardians). LHP Anthony Solometo (0.90) started and went five innings, allowing one run on one hit and one walk with five strikeouts. RHP Emmanuel Chapman (0-1, 9.64) was tagged for three runs on one hit and two walks in an inning. 2B Termarr Johnson (.280) went 2 for 5 with an RBI. RF Jase Bowen (.273) went 1 for 4 with his first homer. LF Sammy Siani (.115) went 2 for 4 with an RBI.

Next: Sunday at Akron (Guardians), 1:05 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 7-1) swept Winston-Salem (White Sox) in a doubleheader. In the first game, a 4-0 Grasshoppers win, two pitchers combined on a seven-inning, three-hit shutout. RHP Garrett McMillan (2-0, 0.82) started and allowed two hits and one walk with three strikeouts in six innings. RHP Michael Walsh (13.50) worked the seventh, allowing one hit and one walk with one strikeout. 1B Omar Alfonzo (.296) went 2 for 4 with a double and his third homer, a two-run shot. SS Keiner Delgado (.3-8) went 2 for 4 with his third stolen base. 2B Duce Gourson (.375) went 1 for 2 with a walk, a run scored and his seventh stolen base.

In the second game, a 4-3 Grasshoppers victory, LF Esmerlyn Valdez (.429) went 2 for 4 with his second homer, a two-run blast. CF Lonnie White Jr. (.273) went 2 for 4 with two runs scored and his fifth stolen base. LHP Connor Oliver (8.10) started and allowed one run on one hit and four walks in 3 ⅔ innings. He fanned seven. RHP Ryan Harbin (1-0, 0.00) pitched a scoreless inning to earn the win.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 3-5) lost 11-3 to Palm Beach (Cardinals). RHP Zander Mueth (0-2, 18.00) started but didn’t record an out, allowing three runs on two hits and a walk. DH Jhonny Severino (.167) went 1 for 4 with a two-run homer, his first. 2B Jeral Toledo (.500) went 2 for 4 with a run scored.
