LHP Caleb Smith (0-2, 7.53) started and worked five innings, allowing two runs on one hit, a home run. RHP Camen Mlodzinski (3.52) gave up three unearned runs in an inning of work. RHP Cody Bolton (2.61) worked a scoreless inning with three strikeouts. LF ryan Vilade (.375) went 2 for 4. SS Nick Gonzales (.266) went 0 for 4 with two strikeouts and made an error.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 5-7) scored twice in the seventh to beat Bowie (Orioles), 2-1. RHP Jared Jones (2.63) started and went five innings, allowing one run on seven hits, walking none and striking out five. RHP Travis MacGregor (2-0, 2.16) worked 2.2 innings of scoreless relief with four strikeouts to earn the win. RHP Noe Toribio (2.35) pitched 1.1 scoreless innings to pick up his first save. C Henry Davis (.231) went 1 for 3 with a double and a walk. SS Andres Alvarez (.167) went 1 for 4 and scored a run. 2B Liover Peguero (.175) went 1 for 3 with a walk and an RBI.

CF Jase Bowen (.349) went 4 for 6 with five RBIs and a stolen base. RF Sammy Siani (.267) went 3 for 5 with two doubles and three RBIs. C Luis Hernandez (.500) went 2 for 4 and drove in a pair. SS Tsung-Che Cheng (.279) went 2 for 4 with rwo stolen bases and three runs scored.

The Marauders had only two hits but walked seven times. CF Enmanuel Terrero (.333) went 1 for 3 with a run scored. LF Shalin Polanco (.250) went 1 for 3 with a walk.
