RHP Luis Ortiz (4.61) started and allowed five runs on nine hits with three walks and six strikeouts in 4 2/3 innings. RHP Travis MacGregor (1-1, 5.02) took the loss after giving up three runs on one hit with a walk and strikeout in 2/3 of an inning of relief.

LF Tres Gonzalez (.282) also had an RBI. RHP Thomas Harrington (2-4, 4.15) earned the win after allowing one run on two hits with two walks and eight strikeouts in seven innings. RHP Valentin Linarez (4.43) picked up the save after two spotless innings with three strikeouts.
