INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 59-58) lost to Rochester (Nationals), 3-1. RF Cal Mitchell (.330) went 2 for 4 with a double and an RBI. 1B Mason Martin (.210) was 2 for 3. SS Diego Castillo (.278) was 1 for 4 with a double. RHP Jerad Eickhoff (4.30) started and went five innings, allowing one run on two hits and four walks. RHP John O’Reilly (5.98) pitched two scoreless innings. RHP Nick Mears (8.03) gave up two runs in the eighth to take the loss.

Next: Thursday vs. Rochester (Nationals), 7:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 58-57) lost to Bowie (Orioles), 7-5. 3B Jared Triolo (.284) went 3 for 4 with a triple and his ninth home run. RF Fabricio Macias (.265) was 1 for 4 with a three-run homer, his third. C Endy Rodriguez (.357) went 1 for 4 with an RBI. RHP Carmen Mlodzinski (3-8, 5.17) started and allowed four runs on seven hits, including a homer, in 3.1 innings.

Next: Thursday at Bowie (Orioles), 6:35 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 49-63) beat Greenville (Red Sox), 5-3. C Abrahan Gutierrez (.258) went 1 for 4 with a three-run homer, his 12th. RF Sammy Siani (.209) went 2 for 4 with two doubles. LF Hudson Head (.236) was 1 for 3 with a triple and a walk. RHP Justin Meis (5.30) of Bethel Park started and went five innings, allowing two home runs. He walked four and struck out nine. RHP Domingo Gonzalez (7-3, 5.22) earned the win, giving up one run on three hits in two innings of relief. RHP Eddy Yean (6.29) pitched a scoreless eighth and RHP Cameron Junker (3.61) a scoreless ninth for his 12th save.

Next: Thursday at Greenville (Red Sox), doubleheader, 5 p.m.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 60-55) lost 11-6 to Dunedin (Blue Jays). LHP Anthony Solometo (4-1, 3.05) started and allowed one run on one hit and two walks in four innings. He struck out six. RHP Sergio Umana (2.77) gave up five runs, two earned, in two innings of relief as Dunedin pulled away. CF Sergio Campana (.205) went 1 for 4 with his sixth home run. RF Tres Gonzalez (.333) went 2 for 5 with two RBIs. Earlier, Bradenton won, 5-1, in the completion of a game suspended Tuesday night.
