On rehab assignments, SS Erik Gonzalez (.286) went 0 for 3 with a strikeout and 1B Colin Moran (.263) went 0 for 2 with two walks. CF Jared Oliva (.192) went 2 for 4. Cole Tucker (.236) played right field and shortstop and went 0 for 3 with two strikeouts.

RHP Will Gardner (2-4, 7.98) pitched two scoreless innings to earn the win. RHP Osvaldo Bido (5.15) started and went six innings, giving up two runs on four hits with two walks and five strikeouts. SS Diego Castillo (.272) went 2 for 5 with an RBI. RF Jack Suwinski (.176) went 1 for 3 and drove in a run.
