Pirates farm report for July 16, 2021: Catcher Endy Rodriguez swinging hot bat in Bradenton
INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 31-30) had its game with Omaha (Royals) postponed because of rain. The game has been rescheduled as part of a doubleheader Saturday.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 33-27) lost to Binghamton (Mets), 7-1. 1B Mason Martin (.278) knocked in the lone Curve run with a double in the first inning. 3B Josh Bissonette (.212) was 3 for 4, and C Arden Pabst (.207) was 2 for 3. RHP Osvaldo Bido (2-3, 4.87) allowed four runs on eight hits with two walks and four strikeouts in three innings and was dealt the loss.

GREENSBORO (High A, 38-26) edged Rome (Braves), 5-4. LF Blake Sabol (.158) hit a two-run home run. DH Nick Gonzales (.225) was 2 for 3 with a double and walk. RF Matt Gorski (.214) had a two-run single and now has 35 RBIs. RHP Quinn Priester (3.49) allowed three runs on five hits with four walks and five strikeouts in six innings. RHP Bear Belomy (7-2, 3.68) threw two no-hit innings of relief with two strikeouts and earned the win.

BRADENTON (Low A, 41-22) lost to Daytona (Reds), 4-3. C Endy Rodriguez (.268) went 2 for 5 with a double and two RBIs to give him 35 for the season. CF Hudson Head (.205) had a hit and walk. LHP Logan Hofmann (3-2, 2.76) allowed four runs on two hits with four walks and six strikeouts in 4 1/3 innings and took the loss.
