INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 44-49) scored one in the eighth and three in the ninth to beat Iowa (Cubs), 9-6. SS Alika Williams (.300) went 3 for 4 with a solo homer in the eighth inning, his seventh, a double, three runs scored and three RBIs. 3B Chris Owings (.248) went 1 for 4 with his eighth homer. DH Rodolfo Castro (.118) went 1 for 5 with a double and two RBIs. CF Josh Palacios (.394) and LF Ryan Vilade (.274) each went 2 for 4. RHP Andre Jackson (3.18) started and gave up two runs on two hits in 1.2 innings. RHP Chase De Jong (1-2, 3.92) recorded two outs, allowing two hits and a walk, to pick up the win. LHP Rob Zastryzny (6.35) worked a scoreless inning.

Next: Saturday at Iowa (Cubs), 7:08 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 40-44) was held to five hits in a 4-1 loss to Reading (Phillies). C Abrahan Gutierrez (.228) went 2 for 4 with a double and a run scored. LF Lolo Sanchez (.216) was 1 for 3 with a walk and an RBI. LHP Anthony Solometo (1-2, 3.04) started and went 4.2 innings, giving up three runs on six hits and a walk in 4.2 innings. He gave up a home run and struck out seven. RHP Noe Toribio (3.93) and RHP Grant Ford (1.42) each threw a scoreless 1.1 innings.

Next: Saturday vs. Reading (Phillies), 6 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 43-42) took care of Wilmington (Nationals), 7-3. 1B Ernny Ordonez (.219) went 1 for 2 with his sixth homer, three walks and a stolen base. 3B Shawn Ross (.200) went 1 for 5 with a three-run homer, his seventh. RF Sammy Siani (.226) went 2 for 5 with a double. C Wyatt Hendrie (.237) went 2 for 4 with a triple. RHP JP Massey (4.19) started and went four innings, allowing one run on one hit with three walks and three strikeouts. RHP Yunio Thibo (3-1, 4.26) threw two scoreless innings to pick up the win. RHP Dante Mendoza (3.05) pitched 1.2 scoreless innings to earn his first save.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 51-36) took a no-hitter into the ninth and beat Fort Myers (Twins), 11-3. RHP Owen Kellington (4.25) started and went four innings, allowing one walk and striking out five. RHP Joshua Loeschorn (3-4, 3.86) followed with three perfect innings, striking out six, to earn the win. 2B Termarr Johnson (.256) went 3 for 5 with his 12th homer and fifth stolen base. 1B Josiah Sightler (.536) went 4 for 5 with a double and his fifth home run. RF Enmanuel Terrero (.278) went 2 for 4 with his eighth homer. LF Rodolfo Nolasco (.225) was 1 for 4 with his 12th long ball. CF Lonnie White Jr. (.250) went 2 for 5 with two runs scored and two stolen bases.
