Pirates farm report for July 27, 2025: Nick Yorke, Jared Triolo, Alika Williams key Indy win

INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 61-40) belted 14 hits and edged Toledo (Tigers), 6-5. DH Nick Yorke (.273) was 2 for 4 with two RBIs and a run scored. 3B Jared Triolo (.250) was on base four times and scored three runs after going 2 for 2 with a double and two walks. 2B Alika Williams (.261) was 2 for 3 with two RBIs, including a double in the seventh inning that turned out to score the winning run. C Brett Sullivan (.212) was 2 for 4 with an RBI. SS Cam Devanney (.271) was 2 for 5 with a run scored. RHP Thomas Harrington (4.79) allowed five runs (four earned) on three hits with two walks and four strikeouts in 4 1/3 innings. RHP Sean Sullivan (1-2, 3.32) earned the win after allowing two hits with a walk and strikeout in two innings of relief.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 46-49) scored a 6-1 win over Chesapeake (Orioles) for the second straight game. RF Jase Bowen (.247) smacked a three-run home run. 3B Brendan Dixon (.182) hit a sacrifice fly. C Aaron McKeithan (.190) hit an RBI single. CF Mitch Jebb (.256) was 2 for 4. LF Sammy Siani (.194) was 1 for 3 with two runs scored. RHP Po-Yu Chen (5.87) threw three scoreless innings, allowing two hits with two walks and three strikeouts. LHP Blake Townsend (3-2, 0.99) earned the win after two no-hit innings with a walk and two strikeouts.

LF Tres Gonzalez (.286) went 1 for 4 with an RBI. CF Will Taylor (.246) was 1 for 5 with an RBI. C Derek Berg (.220) also had a hit. LHP Connor Wietgrefe (4.23) started and allowed two runs on seven hits with seven strikeouts in six innings. RHP Carlos Jimene (2-3, 4.54) took the loss after giving up one run on two walks in 1/3 of an inning.

SS Wyatt Sanford (.250) was 1 for 3 with a run scored on a passed ball. CF Andrew Patrick (.128) was 2 for 4 and hit an RBI infield single. 3B Yordany De Los Santos (.253) hit an RBI groundout. HP Victor Cabreja (2.64) started and allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits with a walk in four innings. RHP Yulian Quintana (1-0, 0.00) earned the win after giving up four hits and no runs with two strikeouts in two innings of relief.
