INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 23-18) defeated Memphis (Cardinals), 8-7 in 11 innings. RF Christian Bethancourt (.278) singled home CF Anthony Alford (.302), and 3B Wilmer Difo (.244) sneaked home after a play at third base to score the walk-off win in the bottom of the 11th inning. Alford finished 2 for 2 with four walks and two RBIs and now has 22 this season. Difo and Bethancourt also had two hits each, and Bethancourt added three RBIs, including a two-run homer. C Joe Hudson (.279) was 3 for 5 with an RBI. RHP Steven Wright (3-2, 5.04) allowed five runs on four hits with five walks and four strikeouts in 3 2/3 innings. RHP Shea Spitzbarth (3-1, 1.04) earned the win after allowing one run on one hit in one inning of relief.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 25-16) lost 6-4 to Erie (Tigers). LF Canaan Smith-Njigba (.282) was 4 for 4, and 3B Rodolfo Castro (.316) hit a two-run home run. C Joe Jimenez (.167) also homered. DH Oneil Cruz (.300) was 0 for 4. RHP Jeffrey Passantino (1-3, 2.97) allowed four runs on seven hits with four strikeouts in four innings and took the loss.

GREENSBORO (High A, 23-19) shut out Winston-Salem (White Sox), 7-0. RHP J.C. Flowers (1-0, 1.38) allowed two hits and had four strikeouts over five innings to earn the win. 1B Aaron Shackelford (.222) hit a two run home run and was 2 for 5. LF Matthew Fraizer (.320) had two hits, including a solo home run. DH Fabricio Macias (.315) and 3B Jared Triolo (.262) each had three hits.

BRADENTON (Low A, 27-14) rolled to an 11-6 win over Tampa (Yankees). LF Hudson Head (.205) was 2 for 3 with a double, home run and five RBIs. RF Sammy Siani (.205) was 2 for 5 with three RBIs. DH Endy Rodriguez (.263) had two more RBIs and now has 25 for the season. LHP Jared Jones (1-0, 3.07) allowed one run on four hits with five strikeouts and earned a no-decision. RHP Domingo Gonzalez (1-3, 6.56) gave up five runs (four earned) on three hits with four walks and three strikeouts and picked up the victory.
