Pirates farm report for June 3, 2025: Konnor Griffin collects 3 hits in Bradenton victory

INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 31-25) collected 10 hits but lost 4-2 to Memphis (Cardinals). 3B Alika Williams (.221) went 3 for 4. LF Matt Fraizer (.273) went 2 for 4 with a walk and a run scored. RF Billy Cook (.226) went 2 for 5 with an RBI and his seventh stolen base. SS Tsung-Che Cheng (.197) went 1 for 4 with an RBI and his seventh stolen base. RHP Thomas Harrington (2-6, 6.55) started and went six innings, allowing three runs on three hits, including a homer, with three walks and five strikeouts. RHP Dauri Moreta (2.79) pitched a scoreless inning.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 24-28) had five hits, all singles, in a 4-0 loss to New Hampshire (Rockies). CF Mitch Jebb (.295) went 2 for 4 and 1B Nick Cimillo (.234) went 2 for 3. LF Imanol Vargas (.155) went 1 for 3. RHP Alessandro Ercolani (1-5, 4.79) started and gave up one run on a solo home run in four innings. He walked one and struck out four.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 35-16) beat Hub City (Rangers), 4-1. 2B Duce Gourson (.271) went 2 for 3 with a three-run homer, his third. C Omar Alfonzo (.244) went 1 for 3 with an RBI. SS Javier Rivas (.303) went 1 for 4 with a double and a run scored. CF Jesus Castillo (.248) went 1 for 3 with a double and a run scored. In a bullpen game, RHP Carlos Jimenez (4.94), RHP Jaycob Deese (3.32) and RHP Ryan Harbin (3.22) each pitched two scoreless innings. LHP Julian Bosnic (5.06) threw a scoreless third and RHP Beau Burrows (0.00) a scoreless ninth for his first save. LHP Hunter Furtado (4-0, 7.20) gave up the only run on one hit and two walks in one innings, but he picked up the win.

SS Konnor Griffin (.317) went 3 for 5 with a double and a run scored. 2B Wyatt Sanford (.250) went 1 for 4 with a two-run homer in his Bradenton debut. DH Yordany De Los Santos (.233) went 2 for 5 with a double, two runs scored, two stolen bases and an RBI. 3B Jhonny Severino (.189) went 1 for 3 with with a walk and two RBIs. RHP Clevari Tejada (4.43) started and lasted four innings, allowing four runs on six hits, including a homer. RHP Alexis Torres (1-1, 5.87) came on and pitched two scoreless innings to earn the win. RHP Brennan Malone (5.11) followed with a scoreless seventh.
