INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 33-27) lost 10-2 to Memphis (Cardinals). LF Ronny Simon (.357) went 1 for 4 with his second home run. RF Matt Fraizer (.270) went 1 for 3 with a double and an RBI. 1B Billy Cook (.253) went 2 for 5 with a run scored. RHP Drake Fellows (5-1, 4.86) started and lasted three innings, allowing five runs on eight hits, including two homers. RHP Dauri Moreta (4.22) pitched a scoreless fourth.

Next: Sunday at Memphis (Cardinals), 2:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 24-32) was swept in a doubleheader with New Hampshire (Blue Jays).

In the first game, the Curve was no-hit in a 4-0 seven-inning loss. New Hampshire RHP Rafael Sanchez (2-3, 4.91), a 25-year-old from Cuba signed in 2022 by the Blue Jays, struck out two and walked two. RHP Po-Yu Chen (0-5, 4.66) started for Altoona, giving up four runs on eight hits in five innings. RHP Beau Burrows (0.00) pitched a scoreless sixth in his Curve debut.

In the second game, a 5-2 Curve loss, 2B Termarr Johnson (.236) went 1 for 3 with his seventh home run. 3B Brenden Dixon (.172) went 2 for 3 with a run scored. LHP Cy Nielson (5.87) started and gave up one run on two hits and two walks in two innings. RHP Enmanuel Chapman (3.29) pitched the next two innings and gave up one unearned run on three hits with three strikeouts. LHP Jaden Woods (4-3, 5.47) gave up three runs on three hits and a walk in two innings to take the loss.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 36-19) fell 7-4 to Hub City (Rangers). 1B Omar Alfonzo (.251) went 2 for 4 with his eighth homer and three RBIs. C Geovanny PLanchart (.110) went 1 for 4 with a double and a run scored. RHP Carlson Reed (0-1, 5.40) started and went 3⅓ innings, allowing two runs on two hits and three walks with two strikeouts. RHP Ryan Harbin (3.04) pitched 1⅓ no-hit innings and LHP Julian Bosnic (4.84) and RHP Brandan Bidois (0.00) each threw a scoreless inning.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 27-29) smashed Clearwater (Phillies), 11-5. SS Konnor Griffin (.338) went 3 for 5 with a three-run inside-the-park homer and his 26th stolen base. 3B Wyatt Sanford (.444) went 3 for 5 with two home runs, five RBIs, three runs scored and a stolen base. CF Will Taylor (.320) went 1 for 5 with a run scored, RBI and stolen base. RF Eddy Rodriguez (.228) went 2 for 5 with a stolen base. DH Joel Mendez (.246) went 2 for 5 with two runs scored. RHP Carlos Castillo (4.73) started and went 4⅓ innings, allowing three runs on seven hits and two walks. RHP Jonawel Valdez (3-2, 3.86) allowed two runs, one earned, on three hits with four strikeouts in 3⅔ innings to pick up the win. RHP Noah Takacs (2.28) worked a scoreless ninth.
