CF Gilberto Celestino (.287), who went 2 for 4, delivered the game-winning hit, a two-run double. RF Jake Lamb (.320) went 2 for 4 with a run scored and two RBIs. RHP Drake Fellows (9.00) started and gave up three runs on four hits and six walks in four innings. RHP Isaac Mattson (4.67) worked 2⅓ scoreless innings, RHP Ryder Ryan (3.77) threw 1⅔ scoreless, and RHP Connor Sadzeck (2-0, 3.82) pitched a scoreless ninth to earn the win.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 19-37) beat Richmond (Giants), 4-3, in 10 innings. Tsung-Che Cheng (.230), who went 3 for 5, hit the go-ahead RBI single in the top of the 10th. RHP Justin Meis (1-1, 7.92) pitched two scoreless innings to earn the win. RHP Sean Sullivan (3.29) started and went 5⅔ innings, allowing three runs on seven hits and one walk with six strikeouts. RHP JC Flowers (2.89) pitched 2⅓ scoreless. RF Yoyner Fajardo (.222) went 2 for 4 with a run scored and an RBI.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 31-24) gave up four runs in the eighth and four more in the ninth to lose 8-6 to Jersey Shore (Phillies). RHP Ryan Harbin (8.10) started the eighth, got two outs and gave up four runs on four hits, including a homer. RHP Darvin Garcia (1-2, 5.32) came on and also recorded two outs, giving up four runs on three hits and two walks. LHP Dominic Perachi (1.76) started and pitched five scoreless innings, allowing one hit and one walk with six strikeouts. LHP Jaden Woods (2.42) followed with two scoreless innings of relief. The Grasshoppers hit five home runs. DH Termarr Johnson (.211) went 2 for 4 with his fifth homer. 1B Josiah Sightler (.172) went 2 for 5 with a pair of homers, his fourth and fifth. CF Joshua Palacios (.222), on a rehab assignment, went 1 for 4 with his first. LF Luke Brown (.188) went 1 for 4 with his fifth.

RHP Khristian Curtis (1-3, 4.57) got the win, allowing one run on three hits and three walks in five innings. He struck out five. LHP Magdiel Cotto (1.63) pitched a scoreless ninth for his fourth save. LF Braylon Bishop (.254) went 1 for 4 with his fourth home run. C Omar Alfonzo (.241) went 1 for 4 with a double and an RBI. SS Javier Rivas (.196) went 2 for 3.
