INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 11-10) lost to Omaha (Royals), 3-0. Four Omaha pitchers combined to throw a two-hitter. RHP Steven Wright, the veteran knuckleballer, allowed two runs on six hits in 5.2 innings, striking out five. He’s 1-1 with a 1.84 ERA. LHP Austin Davis pitched 1.1 scoreless innings of relief. DH Andrew Susac and LF Anthony Alford had the Indiananpolis hits, both singles.

Next: Saturday at Omaha (Royals), 8:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 13-7) and Erie (Tigers) were rained out. The teams will play a doubleheader Saturday.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 11-11) gave up two runs in the seventh to fall 3-2 to Wilmington (Nationals). SS Liover Peguero, a top prospect, returned from a knee injury and went 0 for 4. 2B Aaron Shackelford hit his sixth home run. LF Lolo Sanchez went 2 for 4 and scored a run. He’s hitting .267 with a .925 OPS. 3B Jared Triolo doubled and drove in a run. RHP Michael Burrows started and went 3.2 innings, allowing one run on three hits, fanning seven. His ERA is 1.13.

Next: Saturday vs. Wilmington (Nationals), 6:30 p.m.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 13-9) beat Palm Beach (Cardinals) 4-2 on a walk-off two-run home run by LF Jase Bowen in the bottom of the ninth. It was the second home run of the game for Bowen, a 2019 11th-round pick from Toledo, Ohio. He went 3 for 4 with four RBIs. He’s hitting .250 with four home runs. CF Hudson Head went 0 for 2 with two walks. He was on base for the walk-off homer. 1B Ernny Ordonez went 1 for 4 with a double. RHP Domingo Gonzalez started and went four innings, allowing two runs on five hits with six strikeouts. RHP Steven Jennings pitched four scoreless innings of relief, giving up five hits and fanning six. RHP Parker Brahms pitched a scoreless ninth to collect the win.
