INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 24-24) lost 2-1 to Omaha (Royals) on a walk-off solo home run by RF Nate Eaton. RHP Austin Brice (1-2, 3.20) gave up the two-out shot. RHP Jerad Eickhoff (4.58) started and pitched five scoreless innings, allowing one hit and one walk and fanning three. CF Travis Swaggerty (.258) went 2 for 3 with two walks, a double and an RBI. 3B Taylor Davis (.231) went 2 for 3. DH Canaan Smith-Njigba (.26) went 1 for 5 with a stolen base, his seventh. 1B Mason Martin (.240) went 1 for 5 with two strikeouts. Indianapolis went 0 for 11 with runners in scoring position.

Next: Wednesday at Omaha (Royals), 8:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 22-24) saw a comeback bid fall short in a 5-4 loss to Bowie (Orioles). 1B Aaron Shackelford (.241) and RF Matthew Fraizer (.211) both went 3 or 4 with a double for the Curve, who trailed 5-1 in the fourth. 3B Jared Triolo (.265) went 2 for 4 with two runs scored. DH Brendt Citta (.224) went 2 for 4 with an RBI. 2B Nick Gonzales (.247) went 0 for 2 and left the game, reportedly with a leg injury. RHP Camen Mlodzinski (0-3, 5.13) started and went four innings, allowing five runs on nine hits and two walks with two strikeouts.

Next: Wednesday vs. Bowie (Orioles), 6 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 20-25) was blanked by Wilmington (Nationals), 5-0. DH Fabricio Macias (.278) went 2 for 4. SS Maikol Escotto (.176) went 1 for 4 with a triple. 2B Yoyner Fajardo (.329) went 1 for 3 with a walk and a stolen base, his ninth. RHP Sean Sullivan (0-3, 5.29) started and worked five innings, giving up four runs on four hits with 11 strikeouts and no walks. LHP Nick Dombkowski (2.03) pitched 1.2 scoreless innings of relief.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 20-26) was tripped up by Lakeland (Tigers), 2-1. RHP Valentin Linarez (0-5, 6.30) started and went six innings, allowing two runs on eight hits and a walk with six strikeouts. LF Angel Basabe (.500) went 2 for 4 and SS Deivis Nadal (.364) went 2 for 3. CF Sergio Campana (.214) went 0 for 2 with two walks and a stolen base, his 10th. RHP Sergio Umana (1.13) and LHP Joe Jacques (0.00) each pitched a scoreless inning of relief.
