INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 69-64) lost 9-6 to Omaha (Royals). CF Jared Oliva (.261) was 2 for 4 with two RBIs. SS Drew Maggi (.221) was 3 for 4 with two RBIs, including a triple. 3B Kevin Padlo (.292), C Blake Sabol (.324) and DH Brendt Citta (.242) all had two hits. RHP Jerad Eickhoff (6-6, 4.70) allowed seven runs (four earned) on six hits with four strikeouts in five innings and took the loss.

Next: Sunday at Omaha (Royals), 3:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 67-63) won 13-6 over Erie (Tigers). 1B Aaron Shackelford (.245) hit his 26th home run of the season and moved into second place all-time in single-season homers in Curve history. Shackelford was 2 for 5 with four RBIs. 2B Nick Gonzales (.264) was 2 for 4 with two RBIs. C Endy Rodriguez (.354) was 1 for 4 with two RBIs. DH Malcom Nunez (.310) was 3 for 4 with two RBIs. LF Connor Scott (.247) was 1 for 3 with two RBIs. RHP Carmen Mlodzinski (5-8, 5.02) earned the win after allowing four runs on seven hits with six strikeouts and two walks in five innings.

Next: Sunday at Erie (Tigers), 1:35 p.m.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 58-70) lost 8-5 to Bowling Green (Rays). SS Dariel Lopez (.286) was 2 for 4 with two RBIs. LF Sammy Siani (.201) was 3 for 5 with three runs scored. 1B Hunter Owen (.250) also had an RBI. RHP Santiago Florez (2-4, 6.50) allowed three runs (two earned) on four hits in two innings of relief and took the loss.

Next: Sunday at Bowling Green (Rays), 2:05 p.m.

BRADENTON (Low-A, 67-62) swept a doubleheader over Clearwater (Phillies). Bradenton won 6-2 in the completion of a suspended game from Friday. RF Tres Gonzalez (.325) was 1 for 4 with two RBIs. DH Rodolfo Nolasco (.243) was 2 for 5 with an RBI. RHP Ryan Harbin (1-0, 0.00) earned the win after allowing one hit over two innings of scoreless relief.

In Game 2, Bradenton managed just four hits but won 4-3. SS Tsung-Che Cheng (.270), 2B Termarr Johnson (.275) and Nolasco all knocked in runs. RHP Joelvis Del Rosario (7-4, 3.68) notched the victory after giving up two runs on four hits with four strikeouts in five innings.
