Pirates farm report for Sept. 11, 2025: Despite 2 hits from Callan Moss, Greensboro's season ends

INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 79-61) fell 6-2 to Iowa (Cubs). CF Jack Suwinski (.281) went 1 for 3 with his 13th home run. 1B Nick Solak (.328) was 1 for 4 with an RBI double, scoring 3B Mike Jarvis (.173), who was 1 for 3 with a single and his seventh stolen base. SS Ryan Kreidler (.246) singled. LHP Hunter Barco (3.77) started, went three shutout innings and allowed two hits, walked one and fanned three. RHP Jarob Bayless (3.86) surrendered two runs on five hits and struck out one in two innings of work. RHP Jack Little (2-1, 3.07) gave up an unearned run on three hits in two innings. RHP Beau Burrows (6.23) gave up a two-run homer among his four hits allowed in one inning. RHP Ryan Harbin (16.39) struck out one, walked one and gave up one unearned run on two hits in an inning of relief.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 69-65) dropped a 3-1 decision to Erie (Tigers). RHP Wilber Dotel (7-9, 4.15) yielded two runs on two hits, walked a pair and struck out one in two innings to take the loss. LHP Dominic Perachi (4.89) tossed six innings of relief, gave up one run on four hits and walked three and struck out three. CF Konnor Griffin (.348) went 2 for 5 with a pair of singles. 2B Termarr Johnson (.272) went 2 for 3 with a double, a single and was hit by a pitch. SS Javier Rivas (.222) went 0 for 4 with an RBI groundout in the eighth inning. DH Nick Cimillo (.238) went 0 for 3 with a walk and scored on Rivas’ groundout.

GREENSBORO (High-A, 88-43) had its season come to a close in a 4-1 loss to Brooklyn (Mets) in the second game of the best-of-three South Atlantic League Division Series. RHP Hung-Leng Chang (0-1, 3.86) started, went 2⅓ innings and gave up two runs, one earned, on two hits and walked two to take the loss. RHP Joshua Loeschorn (0.00) tossed 1⅔ shutout innings and gave up a hit. LHP Inmer Lobo (0.00) also went 1⅔ shutout innings with no hits, a strikeout and a pair of walks. RHP Jake Shirk (18.00) gave up two runs on two hits in an inning of relief and RHP Alexis Torres (0.00) gave up three hits and struck out two in 1⅓ shutout innings. Greensboro’s offense produced a total of four hits coming from two batters. RF Titus Dumitru (.333) was 2 for 3 with a single, a double, a walk and an RBI. 1B Callan Moss (.571) went 2 for 3 with two singles and a walk and scored on Dumitru’s double for the Grasshoppers’ only run. 2B Keiner Delgado (.125) went 0 for 4 with a pair of groundouts and a strikeout.
