INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 69-77) scored three runs in the bottom of the eighth to beat Rochester (Nationals), 8-7. SS Chris Owings (.241) hit a triple with the bases loaded to cap the Indy rally. 2B Nick Gonzales (.283) went 2 for 5 with his 14th home run. LF Joe Perez (.267) went 2 for 4 with his second homer with Indianapolis. CF Ryan Vilade (.265) went 3 for 4 with his sixth homer, a double and three RBIs. DH Vinny Capra (.293) and 3B Josh Bissonette (.213) each had two hits. RHP Wil Crowe (4.33) started and threw six scoreless innings, allowing four hits and a walk with two strikeouts. RHP JC Flowers (9.39) recorded one out and was touched up for six runs on four hits and two walks. RHP Travis MacGregor (2-2, 5.53) gave up one run in 1.2 innings to pick up the win. RHP Osvaldo Bido (4.16) worked a scoreless ninth for his third save.
