The baseball experience at PNC Park will now come with a taste of tequila after the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday announced a three-year partnership with Real Azul, a tequila brand imported from Jalisco, Mexico.

The agreement includes naming rights to the premium club on PNC Park’s suite level, formerly known as Club Cambria. It will be an all-inclusive space and be named the Real Azul VIP Lounge.

Real Azul also will sponsor a VIP Tequila Tasting sweepstakes outside of PNC Park where fans can enter to attend a tequila-tasting event with Pirates celebrities, the team said in a news release.

“As one of the most premium tequilas on the market, Real Azul is truly a lifestyle brand and a company that we are pleased to partner with,” Pirates President Travis Williams said in a statement. “In addition to an exceptional product for our fans to enjoy, this partnership will bring true activation both inside and outside of PNC Park.”

Real Azul and the Pirates also will collaborate on a co-branded bottle of tequila that will be available for purchase in 2024.

“We are proud to partner with the Pittsburgh Pirates that will allow fans to enjoy refreshing signature tequila cocktails in the Real Azul VIP Lounge at PNC Park,” Real Azul CEO Timothy Maurice White said in a statement. “We are looking forward to an exciting season while Pirates fans can look forward to the rollout of a signature bottle design in 2024.”
