INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 62-67) lost 5-4 to Toledo (Tigers). RHP Blake Cederlind (0-1, 16.20 ERA) was the losing pitcher after giving up three runs in the eighth inning of a game the Indians led, 4-1. Cederlind allowed five hits with three strikeouts in 1 2/3 innings. 3B Ke’Bryan Hayes (.253) went 3 for 4 with a double, an RBI and a run. RF Will Craig (.252) was 2 for 4 with an RBI double. CF Jason Martin (.263) also hit an RBI double. RHP Yefry Ramirez (1-4, 4.14) gave up two runs in six innings with eight strikeouts, a walk and four hits allowed in a no-decision.

Next: Friday vs. Louisville (Reds), 7:15 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 64-65) lost 9-2 to Bowie (Orioles). The Curve trailed 7-0 after four innings. RHP Pedro Vasquez (7-4, 2.97) was on the hook for the loss after giving up four runs in two innings with two walks and seven hits allowed. DH Logan Hill (.257 with Altoona) and 2B Adrian Valerio (.149 with Altoona) each had an RBI.

Next: Friday at Bowie, 7:05 p.m.

BRADENTON (High-A, 68-60) lost 3-0 to Palm Beach (Cardinals). RHP Osvaldo Bido (1-3, 2.57) gave up two runs in 2 2/3 innings with three strikeouts, three walks and two hits allowed. RHP Conner Loeprich (1-1, 4.02) finished in relief of Bido. Loeprich gave up a run in 5 1/3 innings with five strikeouts and four hits allowed. SS Rodolfo Castro (.246) went 3 for 4 with two doubles.

Next: Friday vs. Daytona (Reds), 6:30 p.m.

GREENSBORO (Low-A, 74-53) won 11-3 over Delmarva (Orioles). The Grasshoppers led 6-1 after two innings. SS Ji-Hwan Bae (.319) went 4 for 5 with two doubles, five RBIs and three runs along with a stolen base. Bae has 24 doubles and 29 stolen bases this season. RF Fabricio Macias (.275) was 2 for 4 with a two-run double and three RBIs. Macias has 70 RBIs in 112 games. CF Jonah Davis (.254) finished 2 for 4 with a seventh-inning, two-run homer and three runs. RHP Steven Jennings (6-11, 4.88) got the win after allowing one run in five innings with five strikeouts and three hits let up.

Next: Friday at Hickory (Rangers), 7 p.m.

WEST VIRGINIA (Short season-A, 34-29) lost 5-2 to Auburn (Nationals). The Black Bears trailed 5-1 through four innings. RF Matthew Frazier (.214) batted in a run. RHP Michael Burrows (2-3, 4.54) gave up three earned runs, five total, in 3 1/3 innings with three strikeouts, two walks and five hits allowed in a losing performance.

Next: Friday doubleheader at Auburn, game one at 5 p.m.
