INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 64-69) lost 4-1 to Toledo (Tigers). The Indians were held to five hits and committed four errors. SS Cole Tucker (.264) went 1 for 4 with a triple and a run, scoring on a double play in the sixth inning. RHP Cody Ponce (1-1, 4.00 ERA) took the loss after giving up two earned runs — three total — in four innings with four strikeouts, three walks and four hits allowed.

Next: Tuesday vs. Toledo, 7:05 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 66-67) won 5-0 over Akron (Indians). LHP Domingo Robles (4-6, 4.13 ERA) pitched a shutout with five strikeouts, a walk and five hits allowed. 2B Adrian Valerio (.180) and DH Logan Hill (.261) each went 2 for 4 with two RBIs. Hill has 67 RBIs in 106 games with the Curve this season.

Next: Tuesday vs. Akron, 6 p.m.

BRADENTON (High-A, 71-61) defeated Palm Beach (Cardinals), 10-1. 3B Dylan Busby (.206) hit a grand slam as part of a five-run third inning to give the Marauders a 6-1 advantage. It was Busby’s 20th home run in 111 games this season. RHP Brad Case (5-5, 4.29 ERA) earned the win after allowing one unearned run in five innings with seven strikeouts and four hits allowed. DH Lucas Tancas (.278) hit a sixth-inning homer, his ninth this season. 1B Mason Martin (.232) doubled and drove in two runs. Martin has 42 RBIs in 46 games with the Marauders this season.

Next: Tuesday vs. Palm Beach, 6:30 p.m.

GREENSBORO (Low-A, 75-55) fell 1-0 to Rome (Braves) despite outhitting the Braves, 6-3. RHP Will Kobos (1-3, 2.17 with Greensboro) took the loss despite giving up just one run in five innings with 10 strikeouts, four walks and two hits allowed. The Grasshoppers failed to collect an extra-base hit. DH Ji-Hwan Bae (.326) went 2 for 3.

Next: Tuesday vs. Rome (Braves), 7 p.m.

WEST VIRGINIA (Short season-A, 36-32) lost 3-2 to State College (Cardinals). The Spikes scored all three runs in the first two innings before the Black Bears answered with two in the third inning. 3B Jared Triolo (.252) and C Kyle Wilkie (.262) each drove in a run. LF Fernando Villegas (.311) and SS Victor Ngoepe (.253 with West Virginia) each doubled. RHP J.C. Flowers (0-1, 5.18) gave up three runs in four innings with three strikeouts, a walk and three hits allowed in a losing performance.

Next: Tuesday at State College, 7:05 p.m.
