INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 36-31) was idle. LHP Cam Vieaux (1-0, 4.50) is the Indians’ expected starting pitcher Tuesday night.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 34-32) lost 4-2 to Harrisburg (Nationals). CF Jared Olivia (.209) and 1B Jerrick Suiter (.246) went 2 for 5 with a double and a RBI for the Curve. LHP Sean Brady (2-7, 5.51) recorded the loss after allowing four runs (two earned) on seven hits with two strikeouts and two walks in six innings.

Next: Tuesday vs. Harrisburg, 6:30 p.m.

BRADENTON (High-A, 36-31) were defeated 7-5 by Clearwater (Phillies). The Threshers scored three runs in the second inning and two in the fifth as they got out in a 6-2 lead after six innings. The Marauders scored three times in the seventh but were shut out the rest of the game. 3B Dylan Busby (.211) hit a three-run double in the seventh. RF Cal Mitchell (.282) finished 2 for 5 with a solo home run and two runs scored. 2B Chase Lambert (.222) went 2 for 2 with two doubles, two walks and a RBI along with a run scored. RHP Nicholas Economos (2-3, 3.24) gave up six runs (four earned) on seven hits in six innings to earn the loss. He allowed two home runs, struck out three and walked two.

GREENSBORO (Low-A, 44-25) are on all-star break until June 19. The Grasshoppers have six players selected to play in the South Altantic League All-Star game June 18, including 1B Mason Martin (.263), CF Lolo Sanchez (.301) and RHP Brad Case (7-1, 2.45).

WEST VIRGINIA (Short season-A, 2-1) split a doubleheader at Williamsport (Phillies). The Black Bears won the opener, 2-0, in a seven-inning game. RHP Michael Burrows (1-0, 0.00) got the win after throwing five scoreless innings with five strikeouts, three walks and two hits allowed. DH Nick Patten (.182) hit a third inning two-run home run. RHP Cody Smith (0-0, 0.00) recorded his first save. The Crosscutters shut out West Virginia, 4-0, in Game 2 as the Black Bears were held to one hit. RHP Winston Nicacio (0-1, 4.50) was tabbed with the loss after allowing two runs on six hits in four innings with three strikeouts and two walks.
