INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 26-18) won 3-1 over Columbus (Indians). With the score tied 1-1, 2B Kevin Kramer (.285) drove in two runs on an eighth-inning double. Kramer has 14 doubles and 22 RBIs in 35 games this season. DH Corey Dickerson (.000) went 0 for 4 with two strikeouts in his first rehab appearance since being put on the Pirates’ 10-day injury list April 4 for a posterior right shoulder strain. LHP Tyler Lyons (2-0, 2.35) recorded the win, striking out three batters in an inning of relief. RHP Dario Agrazal (3-2, 2.59) struck out four and gave up a run on five hits in a six-inning no decision. RHP Rich Rodriguez (1-0, 3.00) earned his first save in the minors this season, throwing two scoreless innings with three strikeouts and a hit allowed.

Next: Saturday at Columbus, 7:15 p.m.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 22-24) lost to Portland (Red Sox), 1-0. The Curve outhit the Sea Dogs, 3-2, but failed to produce an extra-base hit. RHP James Marvel (4-5, 3.81) recorded the loss despite allowing just one run on two hits in 62/3 innings. Marvel struck out eight and walked three in 99 pitches.

Next: Saturday at Portland, 1 p.m.

BRADENTON (High-A, 26-21) lost 2-1 to Tampa (Yankees). 1B Lucas Tancas (.284) doubled twice and scored a run on a single from C Deon Stafford (.230) in the fourth inning. Tancas has 14 doubles this season. RHP Cody Bolton (5-3, 2.03) was the dealt the loss, allowing both Tampa runs on five hits with eight strikeouts in six innings.

Next: Saturday vs. Tampa, 6:30 p.m.

GREENSBORO (Low-A, 33-14) won 7-5 over West Virginia (Mariners). SS Ji-Hwan Bae (.323) went 4 for 5 with a double, two RBIs and two runs scored. Both CF Lolo Sanchez (.333) and SS Rodolfo Castro (.287) had three hits, a double and an RBI. Bae and Castro each had a stolen base as well. RHP Will Gardner (1-0, 1.29) recorded the win after throwing 12/3 scoreless innings of relief with two strikeouts and a walk. RHP Steven Jennings (2-5, 6.11) allowed two earned runs on six hits in five innings with six strikeouts in a no decision. RHP Yerry De Los Santos (1-0, 0.00) earned his second save this season.

Next: Saturday at Hickory (Rangers), 6:30 p.m.

WASHINGTON (Frontier League, 3-10) lost 8-4 to Gateway. The Wild Things were down 5-0 after four innings. RHP Ty Mondile (0-2, 13.50) was tabbed with the loss after giving up five runs on five hits in three innings with two strikeouts and five walks. 3B Wander Franco (.281) went 2 for 5 at the plate with a double and four RBIs. RF Hector Roa (.208) and 2B Saige Jenco (.292) each doubled once.

Next: Saturday vs. Gateway, 7:05 p.m.
