Shane Wiedt scored in the 94th minute during stoppage time to lift Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC past Hartford Athletic, 2-1, on the road Saturday night.

The Riverhounds (11-6-4) ran their unbeaten streak to five straight games in the USL Championship.

Trailing 1-0, the Hounds’ Russell Cicerone scored on a header, off an assist from Robbie Mertz, in the 74th minute. Mertz re-joined the Hounds this past week after spending time with Atlanta United II.

After a scoreless first half, Conor McGlynn scored in the 55th minute for Hartford (4-12-4).

The Riverhounds return home to host FC Tulsa (7-11-4) at 7 p.m. next Saturday at Highmark Stadium.
