The Quaker Valley middle school boys lacrosse team went undefeated in 2021 with a record of 14-0 and outscored their opponents, 159-31.

The future of the Quaker Valley boys lacrosse program looks bright.

The Quakers high school boys lacrosse team made a run to the WPIAL Class 2A playoffs this season but fell to Indiana on the road, 7-5, in the first round.

With the success of the middle school team this season, the future also looks promising for the Quakers.

Led by 2019 Quaker Valley graduates Harrison Bould and Jack Farnan, along with 2020 graduate Ben Farnan, the middle school boys lacrosse team went undefeated this season with an overall record of 14-0 and a conference record of 9-0. The Quakers also outscored their opponents 159-31.

With a mixture of 18 eighth graders and nine seventh-graders, the Quakers dominated their competition this season.

Sam Brackney was a wall in the net as he only allowed 31 goals and recorded six shutouts.

Eighth-grader Marcus Richey led the attack with 28 goals through 12 games with three hat tricks and a four-goal performance against Mt. Lebanon. Through 12 games, seventh-grader Max Modrovich also scored four goals and tallied 15 assists for 19 points.

Bryce Ferguson, another eighth-grader, held down the midfield for Quaker Valley, scoring 28 goals and tallying 28 assists for 47 points through 12 games.

Between May 18-25, the Quakers put together a three-game shutout streak in which they outscored South Fayette, Upper St. Clair and Trinity, 36-0. Bethel Park interrupted that streak when it scored five goals on Quaker Valley’s defense.

The Quakers still came away with a 13-5 victory. They capped off their dominating 2021 season with a 23-0 win over Baldwin on June 2.
