Riverhounds have road-heavy start to 2026 schedule

Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC’s USL championship title defense will begin on the road and stay there for a few weeks.

The Hounds will open the season at Charleston on March 7 and will follow with road games at Loudoun on March 14 and Tampa Bay on March 21 to kick off the 2026 campaign.

Their home opener will be March 28 against Sporting Club Jacksonville at Highmark Stadium.

Pittsburgh will play 30 matches, in addition to four group stage contests in the USL Cup.

The team will play a home-and-home series against Eastern Conference opponents, as well as six matches against teams from the USL Championship’s Western Conference.

Match times and television listings are to be determined.
