Seton Hill baseball received the top seed in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region despite losing the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference championship game Saturday to Bloomsburg.

The Atlantic Region tournament will be played in Charleston, W.Va. beginning Thursday.

The Griffins (35-6) will play the winner of the game between No. 4 Charleston (31-11) and No. 5 Bloomsburg (23-16). No. 2 Millersville (28-13) will face No. 3 West Virginia State (32-8).

The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference had a trio of teams selected in the NCAA Division II Baseball Tournament Sunday — Seton Hill, Bloomsburg and Millersville.

The tournament is double elimination.

The winner of the Atlantic Regional will advance to the 2021 NCAA Division II Baseball Championships, at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, N.C. The tournament will run from June 5-12.
