Khalil was taken in the sixth round by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. … Was one of the better discus throwers in the Big Ten and nationally: earned second-team All America in 2019 and honorable-Mention All American in 2018. He also threw shot put. … Carlos and Khalil were the first Huskers in more than 50 years to be eight-time letter-winners at Nebraska (four seasons each for track and football).
