For the first time this season, the Pittsburgh Steelers could have a different starter at center when they play the Cleveland Browns on Monday night.

Rookie Kendrick Green, who has been bothered by a calf injury, was limited in practice Saturday and is listed as questionable to face the Browns in a game that has playoff implications for both teams.

The Steelers are 7-7-1 and the Browns are 7-8. The winner will remain alive for a possible postseason berth.

If Green, who did not participate in practice Thursday or Friday, cannot play, J.C. Hassenauer will make his first start of the season at center. He already has started one game at guard.

The only player ruled out from playing Monday night is rookie inside linebacker Buddy Johnson, who continues to be dogged by a foot injury.

Punter Pressley Harvin III also is listed as questionable. He has not practiced this week because of the death of his father on Christmas. Corliss Waitman would be the punter for the second game in a row if Harvin doesn’t play.

Guard Trai Turner was limited in practice Saturday, but he doesn’t have an injury designation. Turner, like Green, left in the second half of the Steelers’ game last week at Kansas City. He has been slowed by a knee injury.
