A giant Heinz ketchup bottle is back at Heinz Field, err, Acrisure Stadium.

On Tuesday, crews were spotted installing the 35-long, fiberglass bottle on the exterior of the North Shore stadium.

It will be displayed at the Heinz Gate, also known as Gate C at the venue.

The giant bottles, which sat atop the scoreboard when the stadium was known as Heinz Field, were removed in July, not long after the stadium announced that Acrisure would replace Kraft Heinz as the naming rights holder.

“As part of Heinz’s continued partnership with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and our evolved presence within the confines of the stadium, we’re thrilled to unveil an Instagram-worthy, experiential photo opportunity with one of the iconic Heinz Field ketchup bottles,” according to a Kraft Heinz spokesperson. “… This is just one of many ways Heinz continues to support the Pittsburgh community and the Steelers stadium experience.”

At the time, Heinz said the company would remain a “significant, long-term sponsor of the Steelers,” but no plans were announced for the bottles. Last July, Kraft Heinz agreed to a five-year sponsorship deal with the Steelers that would include a display of the oversized ketchup bottle, as well as a continuation of the Heinz Red Zone.

In January, team president Art Rooney II told Tribune-Review news partner WPXI that a bottle would return at Gate C.

Kraft had held the naming rights since the stadium opened in 2001, agreeing to a 20-year, $57 million deal that expired in 2021 and was extended into February 2022.
