With the first two rounds of the men’s basketball NCAA tournament complete, we’re down to the Sweet 16 for another year. Now, with a few days off before the next round, it’s time to look at some point spreads, money-line odds and over/unders for the regional semifinals.

It’s no surprise that the remaining No. 1 seeds, Alabama and Houston, are not only the national title favorites but also heavy chalk in their next matchup. The Crimson Tide is a 7½-point favorite over No. 5 seed San Diego State in the South Region at FanDuel Sportsbook, while the Cougars are -7.5 against No. 5 Miami in the Midwest.

But the biggest favorite in the Sweet 16 is actually South No. 6 seed Creighton, which drew No. 15 seed Princeton and is favored by 9.5. But beware: Last season, No. 15 seed St. Peter’s beat No. 3 Purdue outright as a 13-point underdog.

Only one lower seed is favored. That’s Michigan State, which is 1.5-point chalk as the East No. 7 seed over No. 3 Kansas State.

Here is a complete list of lines and over/unders from FanDuel Sportsbook:
