Pitt’s Sept. 9 matchup against Cincinnati will be one of 13 football games broadcast on the CW Network as part of a new TV deal announced by the ACC on Thursday.

In addition to the football games, the CW Network will broadcast 28 men’s basketball games and nine women’s basketball games each season through 2026-27.

The deal replaces the agreement the ACC previously had with regional sports networks to air select games. Top games will be still be broadcast on ESPN and its affiliated channels and the ACC Network will also continue to air an extensive schedule of games. The ACC’s deal with ESPN runs through 2036.

The CW acquired the package from Raycom Sports, which sublets the rights from ESPN. Raycom Sports has been producing ACC broadcasts since 1979.
