CLEVELAND — Playing their second game in five days, the Pittsburgh Steelers are making no changes to their game day roster.

The Steelers enter their game against the Cleveland Browns at FirstEnergy Stadium at full strength with the exception of outside linebacker T.J. Watt, who will miss his second game in a row with a pectoral injury.

Inactive for the game Thursday are third quarterback Mason Rudolph, guard Kendrick Green, receiver Steven Sims, defensive tackle Isaiahh Loudersmilk, inside linebacker Mark Robinson and outside linebacker David Anenih.

Delonte Scott was promoted from the practice squad earlier Thursday and will get a helmet for the second game in a row.
