When Pittsburgh Pirates infielder Ji Hwan Bae belted his walk-off home run Tuesday night against the Houston Astros, he and his teammates were obviously excited.

As was the crowd at PNC Park — announced as 9,996 — and the fans watching at home on TV.

And then there were the voices of the South Korean broadcasters, who took the enthusiasm to another level. Here’s Seung-hyub Baek on play-by-play with Chang-sub Lee on color commentary:

Bae’s three-run home run off Astros closer Ryan Pressly in the bottom of the ninth gave the Pirates a 7-4 win. And Bae’s first walk-off homer was a big deal back home in South Korea.

Just in case you’re wondering, the Pirates’ usual broadcaster, Greg Brown, also was amped for the homer.
