Westmoreland campus clippings: Westminster's Napper wins PAC golf title
Westminster sophomore Sam Napper (Mt. Pleasant) helped the Titans capture the PAC men’s golf title.
Napper finished tied for sixth place at the conference finals with a 36-hole score of 154 (75, 79) at Speidel Jones Course at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, W.Va.
Napper was named to the All-PAC second team.
The Titans won by 22 strokes over runner-up Washington & Jefferson.
Gannon: Junior Clayton Skoff (Franklin Regional) tied for fifth at the Mercyhurst Spring Invitational at Lake View Country Club in North East. He carded rounds of 77 and 73 to finish at 150.
Point Park: Senior Matt D’Amico (Greensburg Salem) shot 80 in the final round to finish 27th and also earned a spot on the River States Conference Champions of Character Team at the RSC Championships.
Washington & Jefferson: Senior Ben Peticca (Franklin Regional) finished 11th at the PAC Championships at 14-over-par 158 (76, 82).

Baseball
Gannon: Junior pitcher Deven Judy (Belle Vernon) tossed his third complete game of the season, a 1-0 victory over IUP, as he struck out 10 and held the Crimson Hawks to one hit. It was the fifth shutout of his career.
Seton Hill: Junior Isaiah DiAndreth (Hempfield) was named the PSAC West Division Athlete of the Week and the NCBWA Atlantic Region Hitter of the Week. He helped the Griffins to a 5-1 week, going 8 for 14 with three home runs, four runs and 13 RBIs. He went 3 for 3 with five RBIs in a win over Clarion.
Waynesburg: Freshman Mike Bell (Yough) was named the PAC Rookie of the Week. He went 7 for 12 with six RBIs across a three-game sweep of Saint Vincent. He finished 4 for 5 with a double and four RBIs in an 11-1 win. He is batting .315 with 19 RBIs this season.

Saint Vincent: Freshman David Lynn was named PAC Player of the Week. He went 4-0 competing at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles (with Mauricio Sanchez).

Women’s volleyball
Saint Vincent: Senior middle hitter Madison Reaping made the All-Presidents’ Athletic Conference second team.
Westminster: Junior setter Samantha Kelly (Penn-Trafford) was named to the All-PAC first team for the conference-champion Titans. Kelly led the team with 224 assists, a 6.69 per-set average. She added eight service aces.

Men’s basketball
Grove City: First-team all-conference senior guard Justice Rice (Monessen) will play one more year of college hoops, but it won’t be at Grove City. Rice has entered the NCAA transfer portal.
He averaged 14.0 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists for the Wolverines (8-4), who finished second in the PAC this season.

Men’s swimming
George Washington: Freshman Ethan Tulenko (Norwin), who holds just about every record at his alma mater, helped the 200-yard freestyle team to a championship (1 minute, 20.58 seconds) at the Atlantic 10 Championships in Geneva, Ohio. Tulenko also took second individually in the 200 free (1:38.77), and was fifth in the 50 free (20.65).

Women’s swimming
Gannon: Freshman Francesca Nemetz (Hempfield) finished third in the 500-yard freestyle (5:13.88), fourth in the 200 butterfly (2:10.76) and helped the 800 free relay to a runner-up finish (7:48.47) and the 400 free relay to a third (3:34.52) at the PSAC Championships. She was All-PSAC in three of the four events.

Women’s lacrosse
Seton Hill: Griffins coach Courtney Grove achieved a milestone when her team defeated Lock Haven, 15-5, to improve to 10-0 (9-0 PSAC) on the season.
The victory was the 100th of her tenure at Seton Hill. Grove began coaching the Griffins in 2013.
Seton Hill is one of six teams “under consideration” for the NCAA Tournament from the Atlantic Region.

Men’s lacrosse
Seton Hill: In a 12-5 victory over fourth-ranked Mercy, senior Thomas Hanulak scored a career-high six goals, while senior Zack Estabrooks and grad student Logan Maloni added two each, and Kevin Mo made a career-best 19 saves for the Griffins (8-1, 3-1).

Washington & Jefferson: Sophomore Izzy Saloom (Ligonier Valley) scored her first collegiate goal in a 4-0 victory against Geneva.
