Jacques-Louis, who was recruited from Fort Myers, Fla., spent the past four seasons at Pitt, recording 83 receptions for 1,010 yards and three touchdowns in 46 games. He was one of six Pitt players with at least 25 receptions this season, finishing with 25 for 259 yards and a touchdown.
The Panthers lost four wide receivers off the 2021 roster, including Jacques-Louis, Taysir Mack, Tre Tipton and Melquise Stovall.
Pitt exchanged wide receivers with Akron in the past week, adding former Zips wide receiver Konata Mumpfield to take a roster spot formerly held by Jacques-Louis. Mumpfield earned freshman All-American honors at Akron during the 2021 season.
