GAMES OF THE WEEK

STO-ROX 50, WESTERN BEAVER 14

Sophomore Josh Jenkins, who plays quarterback and wide receiver, threw three touchdowns, rushed for a score and caught another as Sto-Rox (5-1, 3-1) tied Western Beaver (5-1, 3-1) atop the Class 2A conference standings.

ELIZABETH FORWARD 16, MT. PLEASANT 14

Senior Nico Mrvos, who played quarterback and receiver, raced 70 yards for a score on the first play of the second quarter, tossed a 67-yard touchdown pass to Zach Boyd in the fourth quarter and iced the win with a 34-yard run for the Warriors.

FREEPORT 38, BURRELL 18

Burrell quarterback Alex Arledge scored the first six points of the game on a 1-yard quarterback sneak, but the Yellowjackets scored 21 straight en route to a 38-18 victory over their conference rival.
