Letter to the editor: Bizzarro's lack of leadership
I believe Rep. Ryan Bizzarro, D-Millcreek, is uniquely unqualified to hold public office because he lacks the ability to lead on any issue and does not possess the requisite skills, judgment, temperament or capacity for growth needed to represent our commonwealth.
During Bizzarro’s tenure in Harrisburg, he has voted to restrict a woman’s right to choose and bills that could potentially trigger a total abortion ban in Pennsylvania.
When Bizzarro has been asked about his voting record to restrict abortion, several times he has lashed out on social media.
He has also refused to debate his opponent in the race for Pennsylvania treasurer, Erin McClelland possibly; in my opinion, it is because he lacks the mental fortitude to engage in any civil dialogue.
Ultimately, leadership requires humility and accountability; the hard-working blue-collar men and women of Pennsylvania deserve better than a thin-skinned career politician who cannot take responsibility for his own record.
