State police are investigating the crash reported shortly before 8 a.m. on the ramp leading from the turnpike to Interstate 79 North.
The crash happened just off turnpike property, according to turnpike spokesman Crispin Havener. He said the crash initially caused traffic to back up onto the turnpike, but by 10:30 a.m. the tie-up was limited to the immediate area of the ramp.
Units from Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company also remained at the scene. A posting on the company’s website described the crash as a rollover.
