Repairs are underway early Monday morning following a water main break along Route 51 in Brentwood.

The break happened Sunday night between Greenlee Road and Marylea Avenue, according to the Brentwood Volunteer Fire Company.

The road was completely shut down until around 8:35 p.m. Sunday, when the southbound lanes reopened to traffic, according to PennDOT. One northbound lane of traffic reopened just after 9 p.m.

Water service is expected to be repaired sometime Monday.

Man arrested outside Pittsburgh FBI office

Pittsburgh police arrested a man Sunday afternoon after he allegedly threatened to scale a fence outside the city’s FBI field office.

Officers were dispatched to the office just before 3 p.m. for reports of a disorderly man demanding to speak with an FBI agent, and threatening to scale the fence, said Emily Bourne, Pittsburgh police spokeswoman.

The man, Dylan Farer, refused to cooperate with police instructions and was taken into custody at the scene, Bourne said.

Farer, 31, is charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest.

He was unable to post $20,000 bail and is being held at the Allegheny County Jail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Dec. 16 at Pittsburgh Municipal Court.
